потому что надо стрелять для самообороны а не целиться на близкой дистанции 2-3 метра

см берни гётц 1984 опять же

что думает нападающий - это последнее что меня волновало бы

для полицейских, армейских, охранных задач - совершенно другие приколы при стрельбе
