Current Petitions Filed and Certified by the Attorney General
These include a phase-out of the state income tax (currently a flat 5.3%) to 2.65% in 2009 and zero thereafter, a way to bypass the legislature in making a constitutional amendment if enough people vote for it, a repeal of the auto excise tax, and de-criminalization of possession of up to 1 oz of marijuana.
