he presumes that a bias is a feature of our brain as it is a pattern recognition. basically he is saying that the ability to recognize different pattern inevitably leads to biases.
this is simply incorrect.

let's take readheads. there was a bias against readheads in some societies, which is copletely outgrown. ofcoz ppl still see read hear, it is just no longer a factor. no morals or other intellectual effort was involved - it just stopped being a factor for any bias.

the same for the skin color - once it stops being a factor, there will be no racist by definition. the problem with the left is that they like this being a perpetuating factor, thus the left is being utterly racist in my books.
(btw, it is not a skin color per se - there are cases even brought to court when a man were dating a "perfectly white-skinned woman" suddenly sees that she has darker nipples, which all of a sudden "makes" the whole woman "black".
